1 Payment Terms

​

1.1 This is a legally binding document which sets out how you will pay for beanADV. We’ve tried to make this as clear as possible, but if you don’t understand our Payment Terms, or require further information before agreeing to them, then you should speak to your contact person at beanADV or contact us via email info@beanADV.com.

 

1.2 Our services are based on a monthly subscription, so you must subscribe to beanADV for at least one month.

 

2 Monthly Payment – pay once per month

2.1 At beanADV we’re always thinking of ways to make life easier for our clients. We think it’s easier for you to pay for your subscription on a month-by-month basis, this is a legally binding agreement that you will.

 

2.2 If you subscribe to one of our plans that allows you to pay monthly then you will pay for your subscription on a monthly basis. There may also be a one-off onboarding fee at the start of your subscription.

 

2.3 By subscribing to Monthly Payment, you explicitly authorise beanADV to charge the applicable recurring fees to your credit card.

 

2.4 The Term: Your subscription to beanADV will start on the subscription start date and last for twelve (12) months. Unless you notify beanADV of your decision to terminate your plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of that Term for a further Term of twelve (12) months at the then-current fee per month.

 

2.5 If you cancel before the end of the Term, you will not be liable for a Cancellation Fee. .

 

2.6 You may update any of your billing information (including a change to you credit card) by contacting beanADV directly by info@beanADV.com

 

3 Changes of terms

We may amend these Payment Terms from time-to-time in our sole discretion without notice or liability to you. It is your responsibility to review these Payment Terms periodically. By continuing to use the Services following such amendments to the Payment Terms, you agree to be bound by such amendments. If you do not agree to the Payment Terms, now or at any time, please do not use the Site, Applications, Subscription Plans or any of the Paid Services.

 

4 Dispute Resolution

beanADV and you agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims pursuant to the Terms of Service.
